Really untrustworthy, I initially thought that this was just some certain stores' cases, but even their own delivery people do not live up to the expectations one would have. By this I mean simple stuff, like delivering on time, if at all. Apart from that, the people in customer service are really helpful, but really their hands are tied. Would recommend some of the other apps based on the area you live in

Their pricing arrogance has exceeded what can be tolerated. The app itself get a huge sum out of shops to have them listed and then charges its delivery service a lot as well. This has resulted in the absurd case of having shops with a minimum order price + high delivery fee + higher prices than if you visit them. One of these should suffice, all of them together are just borderline abuse of the customer's wallet.

Great app. I'm using it constantly. However the new animations since 06/02/2024 are out of place, do not feel as smooth as before and are too distracting. Other than that no complaints. Update: since then, the animations have been fixed. Great work.

Find what you're looking for more easily and choose to sort by price to make your shopping a blast! You can now also add a comment to your order - if for example you would like change from a banknote or if you prefer to be called because the doorbell will wake the baby (and nobody wants that).
